An aerial tram returns back to it’s housing. The Tram hung above the East River with the 59th Street Bridge in the background became stuck between Roosevelt Island and Manhattan Island in New York, Tuesday 18 April 2006 into early Wednesday 19 2006. Two cable cars carrying dozens of people over the East River were left hanging for hours on Tuesday when the cable system lost power because of a mechanical problem.
